• Information request - Our travel designers will be pleased to attend your requests in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. You will have one travel designer assigned to your request. He or she will create an itinerary adapted to your personality and desires after a phone call or email exchange. You will receive a quote in two days maximum.
• Quote - The offers include transports, hotels and activities. The travel designer is here to advise you on every aspect of the travel. If you wish to make changes to the itinerary, then he or she will be happy to attend to your demand, until you fell that the itinerary perfectly fits your needs.
• Logistics - Only then, the travel designer will book all the services and send you the necessary documentation related to your stay.
• During the trip - During your stay, we are available 24/7.
