Jericoacoara, Ceará beaches and Ubajara Park

Guaramiranga - Ceará Beach - Ceará Kitesurf - Ceará Jangada - Ceará Jangada - Jericoacoara

Fortaleza is the capital city of the Ceará state, and the entrance to a region which offers kilometers of wild beaches, well-known for their strong winds perfect for kitesurfing. You will have the opportunity to discover this region by buggy or 4x4, crossing beaches and small villages among which Cumbuco, Guajirú, Icaraí, Jericoacoara, and Camocim. During your trip, you will probably see dozens of fishermen on their “jangadas” (small boats typical from Northeast Brazil). “Jeri” is a small seaside village located inside the Jericoacoara national park. You will probably walk through the sandy paths of Jericoacoara barefoot towards a huge sand dune and see one of the most beautiful sunsets of Brazil. The inlands also have their beauty. Off the beaten tracks, the Guaramiranga Serra and the Ubajara park offer beautiful forest trails to cross and caves to visit. Those places are popular among locals for their mild weather, far from Northeast usual hit. Also, both villages, Guaramiranga and Ubajara, are pleasant to visit. To sum it up, a region with countless beautiful landscapes!
